Nutritious and well balanced food,daily exercise programs,minimum eight hours sleep and relaxation helps you to achieve healthy body with calm mind. A balanced diet is one that provides all the nutrients you need. It must have all the necessary carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals etc.
As the day starts with morning, you should also be careful about your breakfast. Morning breakfast is necessary for everyone to carry out their daily work routine, stress and strain.
